About you

CIH charters are intended to support organisations understand the outcomes and building blocks that make up a good quality service. They are intended to be flexible frameworks which can be built on and adapted to respond to individual and local circumstances. They can be used in a variety of ways - as basis for internal challenge and scrutiny, a self-assessment tool to identify areas for improvement and a springboard for a fundamental change – the key issue is that they support positive outcomes for both organisations and tenants.

We currently have 4 charters, and over 400 organisations have publicly signed up to the delivery of excellent services through one or more charters, with 500 total charter signups overall. We are now carrying out a review and want to understand how your organisation is using the charters, what they have helped you to achieve and why you value them.
