"THE CONNECTION" is a relationship-based, in-house survey that we pray you will take the opportunity to participate in. "THE CONNECTION" will give you a chance to voice your opinion on the current state of our church, and give us an idea as to how you see the future of our church. In addition, "THE CONNECTION" will also afford you the chance to update your contact information so that we can do a better job of keeping you informed and up to date (in a new and different way) on the issues and "happenings" at THOTL.
However, we want you to be assured that your information will be kept confidential. While we will ask you for your contact information, that information will be kept separate from your responses to the remaining survey questions. What this means is that your responses to the survey questions will be anonymous and no one will know how any person (specifically) answered the questions.
