Today's Facility Manager Facility Executive of the Year 2015 Nomination Form

WANTED! FACILITY EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR 2015

Since 2003, Today's Facility Manager (TFM) has conducted the annual Facility Executive of the Year competition. This honor recognizes the achievements of a Facility Management Professional who has been involved in a recent renovation or new construction project (completed after January 2012). As the industry's most prestigious form of recognition, TFM's 2015 Facility Executive of the Year will be featured in TFM's January/February 2015 issue.

Individuals may be nominated by colleagues, business partners, or they may nominate themselves. Qualified nominees will be working in owner-occupied facilities. The nominee must approve his/her nomination and must currently be employed by the organization where the project took place.

Nomination forms must be complete.

Magazine quality photos of the nominee and project are also mandatory in order for the judges to consider this entry. Please send photos to avazquez@groupc.com. Include the phrase "FEY Nomination" in the subject line of the e-mail.

Electronic images should meet the following requirements: JPG, TIFF, or EPS format, 300 DPI (dots per inch) at a minimum of 3"x5". (If smaller than 3"x5", DPI must be higher.)
