This is a brief questionnaire conducted by Youth MOVE Maine, a youth-led organization dedicated to developing skills and opportunities for young people to have a voice in Maine's youth-focused systems.

This survey will help us understand your community and learn about what kinds of activities Youth MOVE Maine can do to build on the strengths and meet some of the needs in your community.

Questions are designed to incorporate the valuable feedback from youth, guardians, and service providers. The goal is to enable communities to provide the trainings and youth-guided activities you identify as important and to tailor Youth MOVE Maine's work in your community.
