Step 1 - Register with the BSA Online

Youth participant applications must be submitted by a Parent to get into the BSA system.

Applications are then approved by National, Regional, and Council Processes.

This will get a youth into the formal tracking, but will NOT identify the youth who want to go with the OA Troop.

Step 2 - Request OA

Simply fill out this short form and the Western Region OA Team will take care of the rest.

WHY?

Because this only established process to specify OA
.... to go with a sibling
.... to indicate a friend that you want to go with
.... to specify a desire to go with a specific OA Troop.
