Our goal is to create fun and powerful resource for baby-boom generation women leaders (regardless of your job position) to advance their careers and enhance their work-life balance. We will provide these wonderful women a website to go to briefly each Monday Morning to focus their productivity for the week, as well as provide other creative optional offerings to help them develop their natural feminine leadership skills throughout the week.

Our differentiating factor is that we want to make our program fun and interactive, not serious and bland ...
Perks include an initial assessment to help you write your own story of feminine leadership, both past "the chapters of your life" and future "cross your heart". Also included will be trainings to develop leadership skills, with achievements recognized by receiving a sterling silver charm for your leadership charm bracelet!
As our target demographic, we want to appeal to you, the baby boomer women accomplished in their careers. We are cool and we know the value of interacting with other women.
