TCC Needs Assessment

 

The purpose of this survey is to collect information to help the Triangle Community Center better meet the needs of the LGBTQ community. Our mission is to be able to offer a wide array of activities and events to better meet all of the needs of the LGBTQ community in Fairfield County.

This survey is completely anonymous* and results will only be reported collectively as totals of the responses received.

* To enter the drawing for prizes, however, you will need to identify an email address or phone number to contact you -- however, your contact information will be sent to us separately from your responses to this survey and will in no way be linked. Nor will your contact information be shared with anyone.
