PSU Pre-Workshop Questionnaire
This is a pre-workshop questionnaire designed to provide information to the presenter about the participants. At the end of the survey you will be asked if you would like to schedule an appointment for an individual consultation with the presenter to discuss your funding proposal idea and to review possible funding sources. If you answer yes you will be required to provide your name and rank three appointment times. You will be contacted by e-mail with a time for your individual consultation. Thanks for your participation!
