This important community survey should only take a few minutes for you to complete.

It is the goal of the Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance Board of Directors to continuously examine ways in which our Organization can better meet your needs. Your feedback is not only vital to our growth, but is greatly appreciated!

This Survey is divided into four (4) short sections.

The PDNA's initiative, "Go South Loop", is our Organization's new campaign devoted to fostering a culture of partnership in the South Loop, which is designed to benefit our residents, businesses and neighbors.
