1. HOW TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE
Each question has three parts:
PART 1: Based on your experiences of the service provided by publishers, wholesalers and distributors please think about the kind of publisher/wholesaler/distributor that would deliver excellent quality of service.
Please show the extent to which you think such a company would possess the feature described by each question. If you feel a feature is not at all essential for an excellent publisher/distributor/wholesaler, then please click 'Strongly Disagree'; if you feel such a feature is absolutely essential then please click 'Strongly Agree', If your feelings are less strong then select one of the circles in between. There are no right or wrong answers, only your feelings as to what defines a publisher/wholesaler/distributor that delivers excellent quality of service.
