1. What we pay to fund Colorado state services and programs.

 
These questions concern where Colorado gets its funding. We all pay sales taxes and most of us pay Income Taxes. This is by far the largest part of the budget. The people of Colorado pay 95% of these funds. Corporate taxpayers pay 5%.
100% of the gas tax funds the state highway system, roads, bridges, maintenance, snow plowing etc.
