Spark NH Family Engagement Survey

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Spark NH is the Governor- appointed Early Childhood Advisory Council for New Hampshire.
It was created to help coordinate the early childhood programs and services in the state and ensure that all New Hampshire’s young children have equal access to healthy developmental opportunities. (See our website at SparkNH.org for more information.)

Spark NH is trying to create a statewide system that responds to parents’ needs and listens to their concerns. It has 5 committees and task forces that are working on all parts of the early childhood system. The committees would like your feedback on the work they’re doing. We also need your feedback on existing programs and services to make them work better for you and your family, as well as for many other families in our state.

Please fill out the survey and tell us if you would like to get involved and in what ways. The survey has only 5 short questions and should take no more than a few minutes of your time!

Early Childhood Data System Committee – Develop recommendations to link data across early childhood systems.

Evaluation Committee - Design and implement a plan that evaluates how well the Council is meeting its Federal and other requirements.

Family Partnership and Engagement Task Force– Develop and implement strategies for including families in the work of Spark NH.

Policy Committee - Coordinate the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan for early childhood in NH.

Quality of Early Childhood Programs and Services Committee – Advise lead agencies on Federal and State program standards. Create recommendations to ensure that families of young children have access to programs, and that programs are coordinating their efforts.
