We sincerely thank you for your time and energy providing us such substantive feedback. We received 331 completed surveys and we have read each comment and summarized the most common ideas and positions in the Study. We apologize to those of you who were frustrated with the open-ended and somewhat technical questions in the survey. We will use "multiple-choice" more often in the future while still leaving room for those of you who like to explain. We are incredibly impressed and educated by the extensive, rich and intelligent ideas that you offered in response to our invitation for input. They have helped to inform the study and its conclusions.
