CANCELLATION POLICY: 10 days prior to an event with full refund. In case of inclement weather the individual, school, or district will be responsible for registration fees if the event itself is not cancelled. IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY CEC, the individual, school, or district will not be responsible for the registration fees.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Substitutions may be made at any time prior to or on the day of an event.
