Thank you for attending the 2010 Sounds of Minnesota show on Sunday, August 22, and for taking the time to complete this survey. Your feedback is important to us in making our show even better in the future.

This survey should take less than 5 minutes of your time. Your answers will be completely anonymous.

If you want to be included in the drawing for $100, please provide your contact information below, complete the survey and submit it before September 12, the day of the drawing. Winners will be contacted by e-mail, phone or mail depending upon what contact information they provided. Winners will also be shown on the Minnesota Brass website shortly after the drawing.
