This survey is designed to seek your input into the evaluation and planning process and help build a preliminary SWOT analysis for consideration. A SWOT analysis is a common tool used to gain information about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an organisation. It is used to help analyse where an organisation is now and where it wants to go.

The internal strengths and weaknesses of Shelter WA e.g. existing resources, retention of staff
The external opportunities and threats of Shelter WA e.g. changes to funding programs, policy environment
