Shaw Ave Corridor Plan - Property Owner

The City of Clovis is evaluating how to improve Shaw Avenue. As one of the community’s primary commercial corridors, the street links Fresno State and older neighborhoods in the west with newer developing areas in the east. The City is preparing a focused land use, regulatory, and financing effort to re-imagine and revitalize the Shaw Avenue corridor.

Please take this survey to provide your opinion of Shaw Avenue and how existing and future elements of the corridor can be improved. Your responses are confidential and will be analyzed only in aggregate.

The Shaw Avenue Corridor Plan will cover a 2-mile stretch of Shaw Avenue from SR-168 on the west to Clovis Avenue on the east. The overall project area will also include land roughly 1/2 mile north and south of Shaw Avenue (Barstow Avenue and Gettysburg Avenue).
