The Ohio Attorney General's Office is implementing this survey to gain a better understanding of the current challenges and barriers to addressing the issue of sexual assault in Ohio.
The survey specifically focuses on sexual assault of adolescents and adults and covers topics ranging from the immediate response to reports, kit submission, investigation and prosecution of cases, and support for survivor/victims. You may forward the survey to others you feel are appropriate to answer the questions.
Your responses will assist us in identifying where Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART) currently exist, regions where resources and the response to sexual assault reports are limited, as well as if assistance is needed to sustain a currently established SART. Your specific information will not be shared outside of the Crime Victim Section.
This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. In answering you will be assisting the AGO's Crime Victim Section and other state partners determine next steps in building support for victims/survivors of sexual assault and those that serve them.
