Introduction

The string of attacks in Brooklyn have resulted in an increased demand for information about staying safe. The Center for Anti-Violence Education (a local nonprofit that’s been providing anti-violence programs in this neighborhood and throughout NYC for 37 years) is working with local organizations to tailor workshops and educational programs to fit the needs of the public.

Please take and/or forward this brief survey we created for women, transpeople, and parents to assess safety concerns for adults and youth. We thank you for providing your feedback in helping us understand your safety concerns, as well as the best times/days for you to attend.

We are all safer when we work together and organize on behalf of ourselves, our friends and families, and our communities.

Thanks again for your input!
