2011 Counselor Training Opportunities & Counselor Certifications

1. Welcome!

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority, Michigan Foreclosure Task Force, Michigan Foreclosure Prevention Project, CEDAM, CRA Associations of Michigan and NeighborWorks America® leadership met to discuss coordinating 2011 counselor training opportunities. The benefit of this collaborative effort would be to utilize limited cash resources efficiently, eliminate duplication of training and/or training date conflicts, and scheduling training opportunities throughout the year.

As an Executive Director or Counseling Program Manager your input as to the type of training you and your counselors need is crucial. This feedback will allow us to develop a 2011 Training Calendar that meets your needs and educates counselors about the most current topics and best practices. We would appreciate your response by January 7th.

Thank you in advance for your time and thoughtful feedback.
