This survey is about the European Language Portfolio for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people (www.deafport.eu), developed by a project consortium with support from the European Commission under the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the questionnaire! The information you provide will be used to help us improve the content of the European Language Portfolio for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (16+) and monitor the quality of the Deaf Port project results.

Please read the descriptors in the Language Biography before answering these questions. The Language Biography Assessment Checklists for Piloting can be read or downloaded from www.deafport.eu/Piloting_Materials.html.

The data collected in this survey is treated with absolute confidentiality and in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The researchers will not share this data with any third parties.
