If you know of any recent or anticipated changes in POLICIES to improve health within Sioux City (i.e. addition of bikes lanes, changes in school menus, large employer wellness programs, smoke free work shifts, recess before lunch, etc), please list them. If results or steps are known, please identify.

4. Please list any current or future initiatives designed to improve the health and happiness in Sioux City, impacting at least 3 percent (2,400 people) of our population. (i.e. community gardens, bike racks at schools, etc.)

5. Blue Zone initiatives require the cooperation of local community leaders representing schools, employers, government, and community organizations. Please list and describe examples of how these groups have worked together in the recent past to successfully advance community initiatives within Sioux City.
