Summer Activities at the Tenley Library
Thank you for taking the time to click on this survey!
My name is Miss Katie, and I'm a children's librarian at the Tenley-Friendship Neighborhood Library. I am working on putting together the schedule of summer activities for children, and I need your help. Though we will continue to offer our usual morning story time schedule for babies and toddlers all summer long, we also want to make sure to offer lots of fun activities for preschoolers and elementary schoolers. I hope to offer three weekly sessions - one for preschoolers, one for beginning readers, and one for independent readers - which will provide opportunities to share books with other kids, to listen to great read-alouds, and to do craft projects related to the summer theme.
How can you help? On the following pages, I ask you to tell me the age(s) of your children and the most convenient days and times for them to attend library activities. This information will help me to schedule activities for when the most families are available to join the fun! At the end of the survey, I also invite you to share any general suggestions or feedback you have regarding library activities for this age group.
Thanks so much for your feedback!
