Since there is no official statistical information available on the number of ITIL qualifications holders on countries or regions basis, itSMF Egypt chapter has taken the initiative to conduct this survey to collect this statistical information, in as high accuracy as possible. We hope that all professionals in Egypt and the Middle East region will cooperate with us by providing their input to this survey, and by propagating the survey to as wide and spread network as possible.
