The City of Cortez, Town of Dolores, Town of Mancos and Montezuma County are working together to conduct a study of housing needs and condition. As part of the study, we are collecting input from residents about their housing needs and situations. Please take a few moments to complete the attached housing survey.

Your feedback is vital for the future of the county. The information we collect is for the housing study only and will be kept strictly confidential. We only present the survey information from all of the surveys together so that no individual survey can be identified.
