Thanks for your interest in participating in our "Make It Better" video! We want this project to be as influential and eye-opening as possible, especially in the face of the discriminatory marriage amendment that will be on the ballot in NC in May. Everyone has something to contribute, so whether we end up making one video, or one main video with supplementary clips, everyone's voice will be heard!

All information in this survey will be kept confidential. You will not be forced to speak about anything you don't wish to speak about. But the more candid the responses, the better able we will be to create an outline for the video.

We want to create a proactive tone, so we are especially looking for stories that emphasize what you or someone else has done to make life better in the face of adversity, whether it was for yourself or another LGBTQ individual.

If you would like to participate in a more limited capacity, i.e. simply appearing in a montage saying "Make it better!", please say so as well.
