The State is requesting input from MiDEAL members and potential cooperative purchasing partners in preparation for release of a Request for Proposal for Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and support services. CPE refers to telephone equipment on the customer's premises such as key systems, Private Branch Exchanges (PBX's), answering machines, etc.

Your input is important in order to facilitate a more collaborative approach to determining business requirements in order to establish an effective cooperative purchasing program for the state, locals, educational organizations, and non-profit hospitals throughout Michigan. We are requesting that people familiar with your entity's CPE requirements, standards and purchases, fill out this survey as completely as possible. Spaces are provided for any comments or suggestions you may have.
