Hauler License Application |
Section V of Wake County’s Solid Waste Ordinance requires every person, firm, and corporation engaged in the collection of garbage, refuse, solid wastes, or recyclable materials from any residential, public, commercial, industrial or institutional establishment in Wake County shall first secure a hauler’s privilege license.
Haulers must complete the following application and pay $100 to secure a Wake County Hauler’s License. The License is valid July 1 though June 30 of the following year.
Once you complete this application, please send your $100 fee and a copy of liability insurance to:

Once we receive the completed application, $100 fee and liability insurance we will issue your hauler privilege license.
