History San Jose cares about our community, and we welcome your input as we evaluate our programs. This survey will help HSJ make strategic decisions in order to better serve you and all of our patrons.

You will be asked questions about your attendance at History San Jose programs, your HSJ membership and donor status, your communications preferences, and general demographic questions.
