Welcome to the third JISC Collections HE Satisfaction Survey
JISC Collections provides a range of negotiation and licensing services to the higher education and research communities. In doing so, we interact with many of you in a diverse range of ways and for a wide-variety of reasons.
At the beginning of 2011 a large number of you took part in our second HE Satisfaction Survey which we used to review practices and to help us when thinking about future services.
To help us benchmark our performance and your satisfaction with our service during 2011, and to inform how we can best take our services forward in 2012, we invite you to participate in our brief survey.
Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback, consulting with colleagues where appropriate.
