Mason on Location is a program designed to connect students to the local community through outside the classroom experiences in Virginia, the DC area, and beyond! Students interested in attending a Mason on Location event must register and pay the deposit that reserves a spot on the trip and goes towards covering a portion of transportation and/or an admission ticket. Weekends picks up the remainder of the trip cost!

Your registration is not completed AND you are not guaranteed a spot on the trip until you have paid the fee for the event. All fees can be paid for in cash, check, or using Mason Money in the main Student Activities Office located in SUB I, basement level beside the Cash Office and Chick-fil-a. Fees are non-refundable.

You will be emailed a reminder to pay your deposit at least 72 hours prior to the event taking place. If you fail to pay your deposit 24 hours prior to the event, you will forfeit your spot on the trip.
