This is the last part of a three-part questionnaire designed as a preliminary investigation of aquatic bodywaves in those who have experienced them while receiving aquatic bodywork such as Watsu and similar modalities.

You can answer this part only but the results will be much more informative if you complete Parts 1 and 2 before this one.
