Thank you for taking the time to visit and participate in a survey that will help the Professional Development Committee plan future annual conferences.

1. Have you attended PPTA Annual Conference in the last 3 years?

2. Do you plan to attend in the next 2 years?

3. Do you plan to attend another state’s Annual Conference in the next 2 years?

4. The State Board of Physical Therapy will be requiring 30 continuing education hours every 2 years, would you prefer to get all of your credits by attending annual conference each year? (In other words, there would be 15 contact hours at each annual conference.)

5. Based on your attendance or reading the brochures for annual conference, does the PPTA Annual Conference meet your clinical/professional needs?

6. Does the location of the conference influence your decision to attend?
