Introduction: The purpose of this self-assessment is to assess the extent and scope of technology integration in the classroom, as well as your level of technology proficiency. The assessment items are based upon the "Tiers of Technology Integration into the Classroom Indicators" and the “Technological Proficiencies of Administrators, Teachers and Teacher-Librarians” developed as part of the Washington State K-12 Educational Technology Plan.

Definitions: In this assessment, the term technology tools refers to digital technologies such as computers, scanners, digital cameras and camcorders, computer software, document cameras, interactive white boards, email, websites, classroom response systems, CDs, DVDs, etc.
