SCHIMA Online A&P and ICD-10 Essentials Course Registration

Thank you for your interest in enrolling the online courses offered by SCHIMA through a partnership with Elsevier/MC Strategies. Complete information regarding the two courses and complete ICD-10 Training Program, including schedule and pricing documentation, is available at www.schima.org/ICD10.htm.

CBT1: Mosby's Human Body Essentials (A&P and Pathophysiology - 24.0 AHIMA CEUs)
CBT2: EduCode ICD-10 Essentials (Intro to ICD-10 Concepts - 27.0 AHIMA CEUs)

Both courses are self-paced, and will be available online to enrolled learners until August 24, 2012, with access beginning after you receive your course user ID and password. Cleared payment must be received by SCHIMA before a user ID and password will be created for a learner. Online courses will be available to learners after 09/05/2011.

User IDs and passwords will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the learner registration form below. Courses are for INDIVIDUAL USE ONLY - IDs may not be shared, and attempting to do so may result in cancellation of course access (without refund).

Should your organization have five or more learners they wish to enroll for a course (and would be remitting payment for in a single check/credit card payment), please contact Elizabeth Stewart at info@schima.org for assistance with group registration.

Course REGISTRATION will be available from 08/29/2011 through 06/01/2012.
Course ACCESS will be available from 09/06/2011 through 08/24/2012.

Course registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and may close without notice based on license capacity.

TERMS:
Individual learners enrolling in one or both online courses are responsible for arranging computer, internet, and related resources for themselves. The courses are web-based, and will require access to a computer with internet access.

Content, system platforms, and interfaces for the courses are the property of Elsevier/MC Strategies. SCHIMA is the course administrator, and provides enrollment and access services only. Introductory information regarding sign-on will be sent with passwords, but users will need to access the Help documents available in the learning management system for greater detail.

Printing of CE certificates for each module in the learning management system is the sole responsibility of the learner. SCHIMA will NOT print or e-mail CE certificates to learners for their completed modules.

Access to all online courses will CLOSE by August 24, 2012, regardless of when learners registered for the course (through June 1, 2012) OR your progress as of that date.

Refunds will NOT be made for any reason. No refunds will be made in the event a learner does not complete their coursework by the close of the system access. Learners who register to enroll in the course but do not remit cleared payment within fourteen (14) calendar days of registration will be deleted from the registration log and will be required to re-register for the course(s).

Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee in addition to course fees due.

Should you have any questions, please contact the SCHIMA Central Office at info@schima.org or 803.767.4554.
