TERMS:
No walk-in/on-site/late registration will be offered due to the need to prepare materials prior to the courses. All attendees MUST pre-register online to participate in course.

Cancellations must be received in writing NO LATER THAN Friday, March 9, 2012 at 12:00NOON. Attendee substitutions are permitted. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MArch 9, 2012 at 12:00NOON.

Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
