1. Practicing Piano with an iPad
1
. How could you use Apple's new iPad to help you or your students practice the piano?
The iPad can display, play back and even record music through its microphone. Moreover specially developed software could enable you to modify the sheet music and playback. To help your practice sessions, what kinds of modifications would you like to make with such an "app"?
Play back one hand while you practice the other?
Change the fingering displayed on the screen?
Identify a problem measure for the iPad to play back in a loop as you play along?
Give us YOUR ideas.
