Thank you for choosing to participate in this survey. The purpose of the survey is to gather demographic and technology use information from library patrons. The responses to the survey are completely anonymous and participation, while voluntary, is much appreciated. The results will be used to assist in a paper which will be included as a chapter in an academic library publication. The information you provide will allow Neill Public Library staff to analyze technology use and needs for the library community.
