This is a request for you to take part in this needs assessment around sustainable agriculture issues in WV and Western Maryland. Being at the forefront of sustainable agriculture issues in the region, your input is very important and greatly appreciated. We are hoping to determine the state of knowledge, ability, interest, and adoption of sustainable agriculture programs and initiatives in the region; and identify existing gaps so we can design effective educational programs related to sustainable agriculture in the future.
Your participation in this assessment will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the online or paper survey. Your involvement will be kept as confidential as legally possible. All data will be reported in the aggregate. Any information obtained in connection with this study that can be identified with you will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose. Your participation is completely voluntary. You may skip any question that you do not wish to answer and you may discontinue at any time. Please know that your interactions with WVU Extension Services and related services will not be prejudiced if you decide not to participate. West Virginia University's Institutional Review Board acknowledgement of this project is on file.
