NHS Warwickshire Patient Experience Survey
1. NHS Warwickshire - Patient Experience
As the lead organisation for the NHS in Warwickshire, it is our responsibility to make sure funding for health services is targeted where it is needed most, NHS care is of the highest standards and, ultimately, local people are able to lead longer, healthier lives. This role is known as commissioning and involves directing NHS funds into a wide range of services that meet the needs of all communities in Warwickshire. For example, we commission services from hospitals, general practitioners (GPs), dentists and others so that suitable treatment is available where and when it is needed.
At a recent Patient Experience and Engagement event, six priorities were agreed and used to create the Personalised Care Model for NHS Warwickshire. These six priorities are:
- Challenge the power balance
- Communication
- Continuity of care between care providers
- Courteous staff attitude
- Culture of dignity and respect
- Care that is individualised
Using the Personalised Care Model we have created the following survey which we would be grateful if you would complete to indicate how you feel about the services we commission on your behalf.
Thinking about your last health care experience, we would be grateful if you could take some time to complete the following questions.
