Ross Elementary School

1. Before & After School Survey (Due by June 6th, 2012)

Springboard Education in America is a nationwide provider of after school programming. We are the only extended day after school program in the United States designed and managed by Doctoral level educations and staffed by certified teachers. This ensures that your child recieves crucial academic assistance on a daily baisis to make sure your child's homework is not only complete, but completely understood. That's a big difference. This also ensures that parents no longer need to struggle with their child to complete homework at the end of an already long day.

Springboard believes in a maximum amount of flexibility. You can enroll your child to attend one day a week or every day of the week, they can attend one day a month for that matter, the choice is yours. WE DO NOT REQUIRE PARENTS TO SIGN A CONTRACT OR PAY FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR (like many programs do). YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE DAYS THAT YOU ENROLL YOUR CHILD.

Springboard provides a comprehensive after school program that begins at the end of the school day and lasts until 6:15 pm. Our program also utilizes a low student to staff ratio to ensure that students get the one-to-one support that they need. Students have fun and can relax with their friends in our "Den" which is designed for a maximum amount of fun and student interaction. In the Den, students can relax with their friends and engage in ping-pong, air hockey, checkers, chess (and other strategy related games.) We also offer a wide range of creative and fun "Electives" for children to experience something new in a safe and exciting environment. These electives, such as band, robotics and Spanish, are also taught by professionals in their chosen field of expertise.

The first step in tailoring the program is to get feedback from parents and guardians. Please take 5 - 10 minutes to fill out this brief survey. Your opinion will go a long way toward helping us to meet the needs of your school. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE OR HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SURVEY PLEASE CONTACT: Springboard After School 800-341-3177.

You may complete this survey online at:http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RossES
