1. Two Los Angeles-area entities are vying for the right to bring a professional National Football League team to Los Angeles. If a decision is made to bring an NFL team to Los Angeles, the new team will need a place to play while a new stadium is built in the Los Angeles region.

The Rose Bowl may have the opportunity to host an NFL team on an interim basis for two or three, but no more than,four years beginning no sooner than the 2013 football season. This would mean additional revenues to the Rose Bowl as well as significant increased customers for businesses in Pasadena-especially our hospitality industry: restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.
