About half (47%) of 988 respondents in Rochester and the six surrounding counties felt that there were significant barriers to their involvement in our community.* The RocCity Coalition, a group of young professionals representing many local organizations, is interested in delving deeper into the current level of involvement of Rochester's young professional community.
RocCity defines "young professional" as an individual in the beginning or middle of their career (typically age 21-45) that carries themselves in a professional manner.
