This questionnaire is designed to evaluate the HPCSA and Foreign Workforce registration, visa and job offer processes as well as AHP's role in these processes. We understand that you may not have requested assistance with all these processes, however please respond where applicable. AHP is continuously seeking to improve the service it provides to healthcare professionals and values your honesty in responding to these questions. Please note that all your responses will remain entirely confidential. Your name has been requested only so that we may link your responses to your demographic and placement information which we already have.
