The Scorecard is intended to capture your perception of issues in our community that affect the development of new business and start-ups. Please rank each statement below on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being highest.

There are programs that specifically train workers to be current in their field, and these programs are widely accessible.
5. Activities and Engagement
