The Iron County Substance Abuse Prevention Community
Coalition had identified underage drinking, tobacco use,
and other drug abuse as a concern for the health of our
youth in Iron County, Wisconsin.
This coalition is exploring opportunities for prevention
programs that will target youth under the age of 21 and
those most impacted by the underage use of alcohol and
misuse of prescription drugs. The coalition will also seek
grant funding to support these programs.
Your response to this survey will help us identify real
needs and concerns in our communities. Your answers
will remain anonymous and confidential. There will be no
personal identifying information requested during this
survey, so please provide your honest responses so we
can learn more about your understanding and concerns.
