Question Title

* 1. This survey asks about your experience as part of the Alaska Humanities Forum's School Exchange / Sister School Exchange Program where students from urban schools travel to rural "sister" schools or areas, and vice versa.

The purpose of this study is to better understand long-term impacts of the program on participants and is voluntary in nature, meaning if you choose not to participate that is fine. Please note that if you do choose to participate, all of your information will be kept confidential meaning no names will be shared with any persons except the survey administrators and no comments will be linked to any single person when they are reported.

All participants who complete this survey may voluntarily enter their email address to win an iPad as a thank you gift for participating. One iPad winner will be drawn from among all respondents who enter.
