ECCI Teacher Survey - RURE Longitudinal Study

1. This survey asks about your experience as part of the Alaska Humanities Forum's Teacher Exchange / Educator Cross-Cultural Immersion Program where teachers are provided opportunities to attend an Alaska Native summer camp.

The purpose of this study is to better understand long-term impacts of the program on teachers. Your participation is voluntary in nature, meaning if you choose not to participate that is fine. Please note that if you do choose to participate, all of your information will be kept confidential meaning no names will be shared with any persons except the survey administrators and no comments will be linked to any single person when they are reported.

At the end of the survey you may enter your email address if you wish to be included in a drawing for an iPad as a thank you for your participation. One iPad winner will be randomly selected from among all respondents who enter.

If you are willing to participate in this survey, you will be routed to additional questions. The survey should take 10 minutes to complete. If you do not wish to participate, simply indicate so, and you will exit the survey.
