The reasoning behind this survey

Having our own Personal Budget means we can buy our own care and support. But, how do we make a good choice? One way is to ask other people who have experience using services.

This survey will take no less than 10 minutes to complete and the information gathered will be displayed on our website and in other publications. It will help us to be able to provide information based on our collective experience.
