2011 Florida Local Arts Agency Survey

 100%
PURPOSE: It's time to update the status and health of our local arts agencies (LAA) throughout Florida. The results of the last study may be found at www.falaa.net, but that data is four-years-old. The economic climate has and continues to impact our state's arts and cultural industry, including your LAA and its programs and services. The financial/budget information gathered from this survey will be reported as a collective, not by each LAA; so, please provide this information so we can really assess the financial status of Florida's LAAs.

DIRECTIONS: Most of the questions below can easily and quickly be answered by just checking the appropriate box(es) that apply to your LAA; however, you'll need to gather your local arts agency's financial information to complete the budget and grants-information sections.

I suggest you copy and paste the entire survey below into a document you can more easily review; conduct the necessary research needed to answer some of the questions; type your answers on that document; and then return to this online survey to complete it.

You can go back to previous questions in the survey and update existing responses until the survey is finished or until you exit the survey. Once you hit the "done" button, you will not be able to re-enter the survey.

RESULTS: The collective results will be shared with each of you and should be helpful to the continued development of your local arts agency and other Florida local arts agencies. The results of the last LAA survey may be found at www.falaa.net.

Thank you for your cooperation. If you have questions, please e-mail Sherron Long at info@falaa.net.
